Stand Before Kings

Proverbs 22:29

“Do you see a man skilled in his work? He will serve kings.”

Skill takes time.

Most of the worship leaders you respect did not get there by accident. They got there through repetition. Through humility. Through being willing to be a beginner longer than their ego wanted to be.

Diligence is spiritual when it is offered to God.

Not because God loves grind culture. Because God loves growth.

A worship team that pursues skill with humility becomes trustworthy. That trust creates freedom. When a team is prepared, you are not spending rehearsal time surviving. You are building culture. You are pastoring people. You are creating margin.

This verse is not about being famous.

It is about being faithful with what is in your hands.

This week, choose diligence. Choose growth. Choose the long obedience.

The room may never know the hours you put in.

But God sees it. And your team will feel it.
