The Spirit of God moved over the face of the waters — and He has been moving ever since, over the chaos of human hearts and human history, bringing order, life, and beauty wherever He comes. Songs of the Spirit of God celebrate the third person of the Trinity in His distinctive work: convicting, comforting, empowering, gifting, and making real in the present moment everything that Jesus accomplished in the past. They create space in worship for the congregation to experience rather than merely believe in the Holy Spirit's presence.
